Dennis, I believe this happens when you're using the form in enter mode (vs edit mode). It's been discussed before and I don't think it was considered a bug (or it would have been fixed). It has to do with 'clicking' instead of tabbing or entering into the field. I think the click sets focus on the region, but not the field. Maybe the row really isn't there until you 'enter' or tab into it. Oddly enough, if you click on the region without clicking on any field, the focus goes to the first field. So maybe that makes it a bug....I don't know. Run it by RBTI, I guess. All of my users are "data entry" people, who don't touch the mouse unless there's no way of getting there with the keyboard. So it's never been a concern.
