Jan, If it's a DOS report, first you must "open" it in Window 6.5++, which will convert it. If it's a windows report, you must still open it in Windows 6.5++, make any tiny change (e.g. move a field one pixel and back again). Then save it.
Start Windows 7.5, open the database explorer, open the "forms" group, and look for the circular arrow "convert" choice. That will show you a list of the 6.x forms awaiting conversion into 7.5 forms.
