While swapping some bits around on the Hilsen this past weekend, I
remembered that I'd wanted to swap pulleys on the rear derailleur.  The
upper pulley has lateral float by design, which there's no need for if you
are using a friction system.

Not sure that I could tell much difference. Maybe it felt a hair more
positive. Might be worth a try.

Now, I just have to remember to swap them back in the unlikely case that I
ever change back to a non-adjustable shifting system.
