Yes.  I just did this when I swapped cranks on the Hilsen.  The difference
is pretty subtle, but things seem a bit more positive.  Will comment more
when more miles are covered.

I was actually going to pull an old Bullseye out of another semi-retired
derailleur, but found the size has changed.  Newer Ultegra uses a larger
pulley.  Didn't want to introduce that variable.
