Gotta love that they're developing a 3sp barcon shifter.... I have one of the first batch of green QB's (my first Riv) and it's seen plenty of use, both commuting and on rolling terrain here on the SF peninsula. I've thought about a 3sp conversion, but haven't convinced myself to do it.
