Patrick, Have tools,hardware..will travel.I love my fenders. Sometimes they get big cotton wood leaves stuck in there..but otherwise they keep me and the bike clean and dry. And the cream fenders match the lug color on my Sam and look so cool! :) Here to help if needed. Jon
