Jason, I can't help with the sizing, but I can say that you may not find what you're looking for at the local hw store. Try bicycle bolts.com. You can get them in regular hex heads or security heads, the site will explain what those are. He's in SF. I didn't end up ordering as I needed a size he does show, I ordered from River City Supply through eBay. Have not gotten the order yet. You may find metic bolts locally, but if they are the black ones, they aren't stainless steel and they will rust. Or you may find SS, but in Phillips head, not optimal. Good luck, Steve
