Thanks Doug. I have read the insert and searched the internet and never 
found for sure if you need to remove the Loctite each time, or if it keeps 
tight as it needs with a few on/off of the bolt. My instincts tell me you 
are correct. I have only removed it and reapplied twice in the past 5 years 
on my most used Hillborne.
