Steve and Ted, I took a look at the models again. It seems the Paul's at Riv are different than the Paul's on the Paul web site.
This page says "He based his design on the Dia-Compe" http://www.rivbike.com/product-p/brcp2.htm While, this page says it was "Based on the classic Mafac center pull" https://paulcomp.com/shop/components/racer/ Other than coloration, I didn't notice much difference. The Paul's page has recessed and non-recessed options. It also says it uses the Kool Stop pads. So, I'm not sure if the Riv version does or not. It's more stuff to clarify with Roman. Thanks.
