Have you talked with the folks at Russell Moccasin.
I have a hard time finding shoes that fit well because my feet are different
sizes.
Russel makes shoes in just about any configuration you need.
The prices are not exactly cheap but the quality, fit and workmanship is
outstanding.
I'm really hard on shoes and work in a profession where I'm on my feet for many
long hours.
their catalog is extensive, when I've ordered I have called and talked with the
owner so I would get the best materials and soles for my intended use.
