It's tragic, what this man is going through with his son. It would be just as tragic had he taken the lives of one, or more, of those children on that sidewalk. There is no excuse for driving while impaired. Hopefully, his attorney will work out a plea bargain and you won't have to testify. If you do have to testify, I know you'll be given the words to say.
