They have some interesting points about steering/handling and toe overlap with a wheel that was farther out front and slacker angles, but that won't change just by changing your stem. The bike would have to be designed with this in mind. By using their stem you'd get a more upright riding position due to the shorter reach and you may experience better some better steering, but not to the extent of their wright brothers mumbo jumbo, and toe overlap would remain unchanged. But interesting thoughts nonetheless.
