Hello, I have an older (non-hinged) pair of Paul thumbies for Shimano shifters. I'd like to use Dia-Compe (Silver) friction shift levers on the mounts. I know Riv used to sell an adapter to make this work, but I don't believe it's available on their site any longer. Does anyone know which piece is needed? or does anyone have this they'd like to sell? Thank you Jason
