I've been through $50 Cuisinart burr grinders every 3 years for the past 9. This time I upgraded to a Capresso 565, which grinds Slow. The product comes in perfect uniform grains, no matter how tiny, and zero dust. Even grind size eliminates bitterness, and best part is the uniform coarser grind I can get is perfect for coffee-press brew.
