This is what I have (well - I have the two bike version, but same idea) and it works great because you can adjust each bike side to side as needed to avoid interferences, and the wheels just sit in the hoops and the hook cinches down on the top tube - and it works on step thru bikes too (used with a dutch style bike, no issues). So no problem for baskets, fenders, and the like.
