This is turning into an interesting discussion, here's my measurements on a Clem Smith L;
Frame = 6.6lbs Fork = 2.4lbs *Total = 9lbs* With a very typical Riv build kit including dynamo wheel, front & rear Nitto racks and a bell, the total weight comes to 37.2lbs.
