I also like the Soma Osprey, but the one I use the most is the Soma 
Clarence with the Cletus extensions, which I use as a grip area for 
climbing or quick take-off at a traffic light. The Clarence is the same 
sweep as the Seine bar, though, so maybe not the ticket for you.

If you're okay with some rise, the 55mm rise Dimension Urban Cruiser has 40 
degree backsweep and is really inexpensive
