Riv has built Breezeresque bikes before. (Link follows) Interesting to note that the real Breezer had a downward sloping top tube - toward the head tube that is - and twin diagatubes ala Mixte. (you can see it in the second link. Maybe it's the photo that makes it look like it slopes down?) I like the solid tube to the seat tube, then split to the rear dropouts, like the one in the Riv pic next. If the next Bombadil has this feature - I'm in!
