Baggins bar tube does well on my mustaches, so I'm guessing that the following would do well:

I really like the Brand V stuff. -Jim W. p.s. to make the bar tube work really well on the mustache bar, I use some Velcro One-wraps to attach the bag's metal rings right around the horizontally mounted brake levers.
