I generally run the old Baggins Candy Bar Bag on mine, which is the
functional equivilent of Brand V Bar Tube -

Have run my old Hobo Bag on it as well - it kind of angled under and worked
fine, but the bike with the moustache bars doesn't usually tote that much
stuff. 

Either way, I keep mine kind of loose, so I can get my fingers behind it in
any position.  Never ended up lashing down the corners, even though the bag
moved a bit - just steadied it with a touch and kept riding.
