*Careful* application of heat from a heat gun and twisting the appropriate direction will straighten any of the plastic fenders and/or allow reshaping them. That said, too much will pretty much turn them to mush and you will have the opportunity to burn yourself. It is a judgment calls as to which is more hassle, trying to straighten or reordering/reshipping...
