Hey All - I live in Burlington, VT, and would like to start doing some overnight camping trips in VT. I am researching good spots to do the overnights, and figured I would ask on here as well. Have any of you done any in VT?
A lot of what I am finding for state park camping is more like car- camping, (with a bunch of campsites clustered together/showers/ firewood/firepit, etc. - which is okay, but not really what I am looking for.) I would like to camp somewhere that I am by myself, maybe have a nice view, and have a chance to get away. I thought it would be worth asking on here, as some may have experience. Any help?
