Hi Daniel - Maas Brothers only does powder coating.
My frame is lugged. I think that given the price of a Maas Brothers powder coat, it's an exceptional value. I have several other bikes - including one with an infamous Joe Bell paint job. I think the powder coated one comes pretty close given the price. True - you won't likely get a two-tone paint job. If that's what you want - better to go to a place like D&D. I would be happy to post pictures if you want to see the lugs (or anything else).
