I have the Baggies and the old and new MUSA shorts. The Baggies are shorter, more form fitting, and don't have a gusseted crotch. I use them for everything BUT riding- running, swimming, kayaking, etc. For riding the MUSAs are much better mostly because of the length and gusseted crotch. I have run in them as well and think they are more stylish than the Baggies. I am much more inclined to wear them to just hang out. The Baggies are a little too short if you ask me.
