If you are ready to free yourself from using the 700 wheelset on the build, what about looking for a used Atlantis in your size? There have been a 53cm, a 54,5cm and a 56cm on Seattle Craigslist in the last few weeks. One was $1600 complete and another was $1850 complete. They seem to hover around those prices for used. Interestingly, these frames can built-up 650b wheels (if you're hooked on Hetres), but I see no disadvantage to 559's.
