I think we've got a ton of great options in Seattle. Kind of depends on where you live. I've been going to the new Recycled Cycles locations in Wallingford/Fremont since they've been open and I've been very happy. I also have had great experiences with FreeRange(Freemont), Elliot Bay (downtown), JRA (Greenwood). Lately I've noticed a bunch of new shops around town. Not a bad time to be looking for a good bike shop.
