Not too off topic, I hope, given all the "paelo" stuff. Can anyone recommend a ketchup that is not hugely over-sweetened like Heinz's typical, with all its corn syrup? I don't care about the carbs, I just very much dislike the way the sugar masks the flavor.

Or can someone take me to a reliable (and personally tested, if recommended) recipe? Thanks.
