I've had three having covering maybe a thousand miles. The last was about a year ago at night in 25 degree windy weather. I hoofed it about a quarter mile to a school that had a flood light on. I always carry a spare tube and with light I was able to swap it out. The culprit was a small rose thorn. The heavy mittens I ride with in the winter are no help when changing a flat, so I got mighty cold hand in the process. I still like the Hetres enough to continue riding on them, but now I carry a pair of light gloves when the temperature drops.
