I found that I had them too high for comfort with a B-17. I was scooting forward to easily on the saddle, I found myself tilting the nose higher and higher but that led to other problems.
I lowered the stem to approx saddle height and it's just about right. Still playing with the angle though. Tilted down, but I'm wondering if I should go flatter.
