Easy

INGREDIENTS:
1
pound ground beef
1
small onion, chopped
1
(8-ounce) can tomato sauce
1
pound can stewed tomatoes
1
small can milk salsa
1
(7-ounce) can diced green chiles
1
package Lawry's Taco Seasoning
12
corn tortillas
1
pound Cheddar cheese, grated
TO
PREPARE:
1.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2.
Brown ground beef with onion. Drain grease.
3.
Add tomato sauce, stewed tomatoes, salsa, green chiles and taco seasoning
to the meat and mix well.
4.
Tear tortillas into pieces and lay in bottom of 9x9-inch dish. Spoon
one-third of meat sauce on top of tortillas and sprinkle with one-third
of the cheese. Layer two more times with tortillas, meat sauce and
cheese.
5.
Top with remaining Cheddar cheese covering entire top.
6.
Bake for 30-45 minutes. Cool 15 minutes before serving.
