Appetizers,
Salads and Breads:
Gruyere
Cheese Pie
from
Atlanta
Cooknotes
INGREDIENTS:
3/4
pound Gruyere cheese, grated
2
eggs, beaten
1/2
cup white wine
1
Tablespoon butter
seasoned salt, to taste
TO
PREPARE:
Preheat
oven to 350 degrees. Mix ingredients in order. Pour into an ungreased
nine-inch pie plate. Bake 10 to 15 minutes until mixture is set and
lightly browned. Do not overcook. Serve hot with squares of
French bread.
