i went to take dad's 8' Jap sub to one of the local quarries where they were also flying seaplanes (of all types and eras) and the one lady told me i couldn't put it into the water unless i was fully insured and blah blah blah. well it went into the water and you want to talk about someone going off and their face turning red.... I told her i am not part of her club but am just playing in the same watering hole and that she didn't own it (she turned dark red) and some of the guys flying there said "just put it in the water....." (i all ready was) talk about people getting bent out of shape (after that, she should have been double jointed 2 times over).
