Having seen your photos, I'd say add a much longer screw in one of teh middle holes. It will work as a guide horn. I see that the mid holes are off axis of symmetry, so most probably you'll end up with one very thin wheel. Avoid wood here. The thin wheel can be the inner road wheel in every set/pair, which is pretty much unseen, behind the outer wheel. Perhaps you've thought of all this already. I tried this system in my BT 5 and it works fine. Never threw a track and can do 360 deg/sec skids.
