There is a brand of tupperware that caught my eye (I have no clue the name)
that has solid plastic sides and a top. The portion to which the lid
connects to the lip is rubberized and the lid is snapped into place with
four clips. It sounds strange, but it gave me a notion to put RC electronic
devices and batteries within one of those (they sell various sizes and
shapes) with sealed leads esscaping the side to be used in a balsa RC boat I
plan to make. That way, if the event occurs that the ship sinks, the
electronics will be safe from the water and could be retrieved easily. I
apologize for the detail, but it may be an idea for securing valuable parts,
but you still wouldn't want too much water in the hull.
