You could try adhesive sandpaper to be wrapped on the tyres' surfaces. They sell dispensors, but usually the sheets are perforated. If the dispensor would not work, you could try average sandpaper, cut it to length (classic π *d *x *h* formula)* and then attach it with spray adhesive--or just glue!
