maybe there's an obvious answer to this, but I cant think of it as I bought my wheels, but for those making wheels out of wood or nylon or other soft material, why dont you use a hole saw? Then there's no mucking around with jigs and table saws, and all wheels will be idential - do it in a drill press to ensure a straight up-and-down cut
