I think a rate of fire rule would be appropriate, but it would be impossible
to enforce manually. We'd need some kind of circuit or software to do it.

Something else to consider is that some countries don't allow guns, an
automatic weapon versus my plastic pipe? (will sharpen the tip me thinks).
I think aussies make up there own rules anyway or you might find that gun
laws influence the rules.
Personally am happy to throw woks.
