Right,I've been up to see Ray (who owns the access)who says Yes we can use it, so we are on for War in the Woods!
In terms of dates, the only weekend I have free till September is the Bank Holiday w/end 22/23 August. Thereafter all of Sept is free. How does that suit people? To deal with Neil's questions,the gravel area is at the back of the garage and locked up after noon Saturday and therefore not convenient. Access off the stables drive is much better. I may be able to borrow Ray's carpark to the side. My garden would need protecting with sacking or tarpaulins or something, but not impossible.
