In the turret of the Cromwell I have the same servo used for elevate. The power supply is a 12volt pack (8 AA cells) that drive the doorlock actuator (gun trigger) and a 5v 5amp voltage reg that powers the receiver, servo, and Anvilus R/C trigger switch. No issues whatsoever.
