For  motors, go to Ebay and type '350W  motor' in the search
block (or  whatever power level you want)... you will get many many

for the most part, for these motors you'll show scooter motors. they  will 
be mostly 12 and 24 volt. the scooter motors will require you to make some  
sort of trany to go between the motor and axle shaft (either v-belts or 
chain)  and may be a bit challenging. if you do wish to look at the scooter 
motors try  to make sure it has REVERSABLE in it's listing. depending on the 
tank you  choose, you could even look for 250w motors
