You'll have no problems running the 12v @ 15 amps motors at 18v on an
ESC rated for 24v @ 25 amps continuous. Both the motors and the ESC
will run warmer, but both are well within their specs at 18v. The
increased air-flow from the motor fans should offset the extra heat
generated by running them at 18v.
