interesting! so is everyone making there adjustments from the farthest end of the torsion bars? on my design, i will be using thick flat stock (i think i can get want i want) 3/8" i think is what i had in mind. i was going to drill for the 1/4" torsion rod to go through, but cut a slot at the end of the bar and into the 1/4" hole. then i'd turn the bar over onto it's edge and drill between the 1/4" hole and the end of the bar (passing through the slot). one side of this new hole would be drilled, and the other hold would be re-drilled to a slightly larger size. this way i can make my adjustments to the road wheel support arm rather than at the other end. if need be (and i'm guessing i should) i'll make the bolts long enough so the poke out the other side where i can add on a nylon thread nut (back nut it) Chris, _Odyssey Slipways_ (http://hometown.aol.com/odysseyslipways/index.html)
