on the torsion bar,  couple of setscrews and your done, im pretty sure

i'm mounting mine to the bottom of the tank hull (at least that's the  
plan).
 
i can see how mounting them inside the tank would allow the one end to pass 
 through the side of the tank hull using a bushing, but the Tiger is 1:7th 
scale  limiting some of the inside space - i'll have to take a look to see 
how  much height there is for the motors and batteries, but IIRC that's why i 
 was planing on mounting them on the outside of the hull
