I'm not saying the vplex would not be a good solution.  It would have
a very nice cool factor (which is very important).  The issue is that
you can't buy a miniature vplex off the shelf and thus it is regulated
to those with a machine shop and the wherewithal to build it.  In
situations were your limited to one engine that cannot reverse then it
would be a viable option.
