I guess all Lowes are different, but they did have them in our store in the "unusual hardware" drawer bins where they have locking rings, big pins with holes in them, etc. There is a Lowes and a Home Depot next to each other 3 miles from me, and another Lowes and Home Depot 4 miles in the other direction.
