Personally I would allow full gun ammo plus as many rockets as the prototype carried. An M4 Screamin' Mimi would have HUGE target profile, any hits on the front of the rocket launchers would fill a few tubes with paintball goo which would ruin accuracy and, finally, anyone capable of engineering such a device in 1/6th scale DESERVES to be able to use it.
