Interesting question, and with the availability of the Goblin cartridges, a very valid one. I think I would support the currently defined max ammo load which in the setup described, would be divided between the gun and any mounted rocket launchers.
I see the Goblins really coming into their own with rocket armed jeeps and tankets and such.
