I think everybody is missing a point here.  SLA's are SLA's.  There all 
crap compared to the newer technology but they do work and at a reasonable 
price.  Chargers are common, cheap, and easy to use.  The batteries in 
question are a common forma factor (I use two of this type in the 
Cromwell).  These cheap batteries might be a good option for someone to use 
for building and testing.  After they have the tank built, you can then 
upgrade to the $80 (each) Werker 12V 20AH deep cycle's that run the 
Cromwell for a good hour.
