Frank,
They are made of UHMW plastic.
I believe that is the best wearing plastic you can get.

I just measured the length I need and counted up the parts available.
I need have two lengths, one 73 inches long and one 84 inches long.
I need 92 inches, and have enough parts to assemble two 94 inch tracks.

Should have my two 92 inch lengths by the end of the day, then it will take a
few days to install them.

The extra grip, from the rubber pads, may cause the tank to turn hard??

Mark

Welcome back.  Nice work.  Is the drive hub made using Delrin?
