Did the ACME nut (as shown in the pic) come with it?  If so, do as Frank 
suggests.  Instead of an additional nut to clamp (that ACME spec is an 
oddball one) you could tap a a set screw into the provided ACME nut.  Red 
Loctite might be strong enough to hold the nut in place.  Another option 
assuming the outer diameter of the ACME threading is 7/16", you could but a 
clamping shaft collar on there and attach the sprocket to that.
